Lesley moved into executive coaching in 2000, following a demanding career working with high risk offenders helping them to find the motivation and strategies to make significant and long lasting changes in their thinking and behaviour.

She combines her knowledge of motivational essentials with leadership coaching. Her aim is to help leaders excel in role and to help them lead in a way that encourages all team members to willingly want to bring their determination and enthusiasm to work each day.
