After 20 years as a lawyer, Bodhi sold his legal practice in 2000 to pursue his passion for supporting business owners to realise their full potential. As a coach and facilitator, Bodhi has worked with organisations around the world. He knows what drives human behaviour and also what limitations there are in leadership that prevent organisations from achieving their outcomes. 

Having trained with world-renowned leaders in leadership development, systemic work, vertical development and coaching, Bodhi knows that leadership comes from the inside, out. He provides fundamental tools for leaders with day-to-day practical application. Whilst based on the East Coast of Australia with his wife of over 40 years, Bodhi is sought after in many countries and travels regularly to the UK, Europe, North America and Canada.
