Nothing gives me more pleasure than being surrounded by like-minded people with a growth mindset - a desire to challenge themselves, to develop, to learn and to give their time, experience and support to others. That's what has led me to become a Vistage Chair, and I’ve had the honour and privilege of working with some of the best leaders across the UK and further afield for the past 10 years.
My background has been wide and varied. A former business owner and corporate lawyer specialising in technology and media law, I left law to lead a Government economic development initiative and spent some time afterwards as commercial director for an international education services company. I’ve sat on a number of boards over the past 25 years and am a former Chair of the IoD in Scotland, as well as a Governor on the Court of Glasgow Caledonian University for a nine year term. I set up my own consultancy in 2010 working with business leaders to help them grow and develop their businesses and themselves as leaders through a variety of advisory, coaching and training services. I love being part of the Vistage chair community, was appointed a Best Practice Chair in January 2021 and in 2023 won the coveted Phil Meddings Award, the highest accolade for Vistage Chairs in the UK.
I run three Vistage Groups in London and Scotland with fantastic, spirited, values-driven and engaged members.

She went on and co-founded a PR agency and creative design agency which grew parallel, became profitable and worked with some of the world’s biggest brands.
