Event Overview

Improving engagement and inclusion through neurodiversity

Neurodiversity: Embracing Differences

In our short but important time together we will explore neurodiversity and what it means in the work place, why this matters and what if anything you might want to do about it. The world is a continually growing and changing place, and as we learn more about what it is to be a human, we as leaders need to adapt our offerings to attract talent, retain innovation and grow as market leaders.

In this session we will explore;

  • The labels of neurodivergence
  • How symptoms can manifest
  • How to prepare for, and support neurodivergent team members
  • How this leads to;
    • Improved overall engagement
    • talent attraction and retention
    • Diverse thinking = innovation and problem solving

You will leave with greater knowledge, more confident in the subject of neurodiversity and the thinking that can develop a human first strategy, making you an attractive employer of talent.
