Emma bring more than 25 years of experience driving growth, brand transformation and commercial success across global organisations. A strategic leader with a hands-on approach, she has built a reputation for helping businesses unlock value by combining market insight, customer understanding and strong commercial execution.
Throughout her career, Emma has led growth and marketing strategies for leading organisations including ManpowerGroup, Goodwin, Stroz Friedberg, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and PwC. She has successfully repositioned brands, launched new products and services, strengthened market leadership and built trusted partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
