Many business leaders want an Elite Team or more importantly the Results an Elite Team can deliver. But not many leaders understand what are the steps to achieving this outcome.

The objective of this workshop is understand How to Build, Lead and the On-Going development of an Elite Team. Elite Teams constantly outperform good teams and in these uncertain times it has never been more important to develop an Elite Team.

In this highly interactive Masterclass the Reclaro Team will share a number of Exercises to illustrate what the steps are to Building the Elite Team in the first place, it always start with selecting the right people. High Competence and High Character People are needed.

Next during the second stage many exercises will show how to Lead an Elite Team and explore the two main areas of ‘Clearly Defined Objectives’ and ‘Making sure The Basics are Done Well.’

Finally pulling everything together will be exercises around The On- Going Development of an Elite Team. Here there are exercises are all ‘The Pursuit of Excellence’ and what has to be focused on to develop that in your business.

Pete Wilkinson

Pete’s professional career started 22 years ago with senior management roles in retail. Pete has managed a large team of 300 people along with having P&L responsibility for a £30m business.

Pete has also run his own retail business with a much smaller team. He has an MBA from Newcastle Business School, is a Certified Practitioner of NLP and is also an Ironman Triathlete and a UK Special Forces Race Competitor.

Pete is massively passionate about professional people achieving their potential and spends his time in his business supporting Chief Executives and Managing Directors in a range of businesses from small Micro Businesses up to £130m Engineering Businesses.

He is experiencing brilliant business success by using the strategies he presents and coaches on himself. He manages his time between his family, giving presentations, his software business and still competes in endurance events with UK Special Forces.
