“Don’t Ignore Cinderella”. People as a risk and an asset
In an ever more complex and risky business world, with many risk drivers impacting businesses, all executives and senior leaders need to understand risk better and be aware of how they can turn their leadership style and strategy to their advantage. Knowing how to lead during uncertainty will be a crucial business differentiator in the years ahead.
Insider risk (personnel security) is the missing domain in most thinking about security. People are an asset but also pose risks. All businesses need to think differently about how people might pose risks and how to mitigate them. But they need to go further and understand how to build an environment which attracts and retains the best talent, is more innovative, resilient, secure and profitable.
