Crazy Busy - Achieving Priorities When Everything Feels Urgent
Being more productive doesn’t mean working more hours. It means having a laser focus on the tasks that matter and executing them without distraction. That’s not easy when people and technology are screaming for our attention. Being busy is great. But being crazy busy: overworked, tired, and distracted, is not. It doesn’t matter how talented your team, if they focus their attention on the wrong things then they won’t achieve success.
Successful leaders juggle a fine line between being responsive and pushing back. They know how to clear the drag that clogs up most organisations. If your inbox dictates your to-do list, then you’ll know what we mean. No surprise when over 350 billion emails are sent globally Every Single Day!
